A digital & IT talent program at Framtiden
Framtiden is recruiting 20 digital talents to the Swedish talent program Digital Impact for a Sustainable Future, on behalf of the Volvo Group. Once onboard you will get a year where day to day work is combined with education and mentorship. All to ensure that you get the best start to your digital & IT career at Volvo Group. We want to provide a year of development through our talent program with Framtiden.
- Professional and personal growth:
During the program, you will receive tailored mentoring and coaching, along with other talents, which will help in your personal development and career growth. Our goal is for you to grow as a person and develop your skills in your new work area. - Begin to work:
You will get the opportunity to develop your skills by applying them in practice in some of the most exciting digital & IT assignments within the Volvo Group. You will get to work directly from the start of the program and get to build your personal experience and career. - Community of professionals and friends:
